PURPOSE: An engine shutdown for preventing idle of an engine while stopping the vehicle is provided to maintain a safe brake state of the vehicle while automatically operating a brake pedal control unit if the vehicle is stopped. CONSTITUTION: An engine shutdown for preventing idle of an engine while stopping the vehicle includes a brake pedal unit, an ignition circuit operation unit, a starting circuit operation unit, and a control unit. The brake pedal unit is in a state stepping on a brake pedal(3). The ignition circuit operation unit operates the engine ignition circuit inside the vehicle. The starting circuit operation unit operates the engine starting circuit. The control unit operates the brake pedal. |
