HIGH MOLECULAR WEIGHT POLY(N-VINYLCARBAZOLE) NONWOVEN FABRICS AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: High molecular weight poly(N-vinylcarbazole) nonwoven fabrics prepared by electrospinning fiber and a preparation method thereof are provided to offer good conductivity. CONSTITUTION: A preparation method of high molecular weight poly(N-vinylcarbazole) nonwoven fabrics includes a step for producing a spinning solution by mixing a solvent of 10 ml with polyvinyl carbazole of 0.3 ~ 1.8 g and a step for performing an electrospinning process of the spinning solution. The polyvinyl carbazole is high molecular polyvinyl carbazole of which average molecular weight is 1,000,000 ~ 1,500,000, and the solvent is one selected from a group consisting of tetrahydrofurane, 1,122- tetrachloroethane and chloroform. The electrospinnig is formed under the voltage of 15 ~ 30 kV.
