PURPOSE: A tension-adjustable girder and a bridge construction method using the same are provided to facilitate maintenance of a bridge by loosening and tightening a secondary strand easily. CONSTITUTION: A tension-adjustable girder(100) comprises a sheath pipe, a primary strand, a secondary strand, a fixing plate, a setting wedge, and a sealing anchorage. The sheath pipe is inserted in the longitudinal direction inside a girder main body. The primary strand is settled on the end part of the girder which is inserted in the sheath pipe without coating and integrated by a grout material. The secondary strand is settled on the side of the girder which is put on the sheath pipe after coating and integrated by a grout material. The fixing plate is installed on both ends of the girder main body and secures both ends of the primary strand and the secondary strand. The setting wedge secures the primary strand and the secondary strand with tension. The sealing anchorage is installed on both ends of the sheath pipe in which the secondary strand is installed, and has an insertion hole in which the coated secondary strand is inserted airtightly and a sealing is installed. |
