PURPOSE: A method for eliminating a shadow hole in a stable mobile communication network, and a system for managing coverage therefor are provided to eliminate a hole area by controlling a base station sector orientation corresponding to a sub beam in order to prevent the occurrence of a hole region cased by signal mixing. CONSTITUTION: A simulation execution management server(500) performs simulation to confirm the coverage of a mobile communication network at a specific region. A simulation execution server(610) stores antenna shape information and GIS(Geographic Information System) data. Based on the GIS data and the antenna shape information, the simulation execution management server detects the coverage of the mobile communication network at a certain region. A hole elimination processing server(400) performs a processing operation to make an area, which depends on the antenna patterns of a base station at a hole region, be balanced.
