PROCESS FOR THE PREPARATION OF A NOVEL CYCLOPENTANONE DERIVATIVES

PURPOSE: A novel cyclopentanone derivative is provided to produce the cyclopentanone derivative without by-product and improve productivity with low price. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a novel cyclopentanone derivative comprises: a step of dissolving cobalt metal-containing catalyst and enyne compound in organic solvent under the presence of argon gas for 2-24 hours then stirring; a step of adding TMANO(trimethylamine-N-oxide) several times then stirring; and a step of performing column using mixture solvent of ethylacetate and hexane.
