PURPOSE: A theory that reestablishes a theory of cosmology and the other related theories is provided to reestablish all theories on the earth and be helpful to estimate a reasonable science budget. CONSTITUTION: A theory that reestablishes a theory of cosmology and the other related theories is characterized by including the following theories. The universe is the aggregates of the universe, and the great universe is the aggregates of the small universes. The aggregates are the combination of universe energies, and cause the collision of a star with another star. The aggregates approve the existence of a god, and the earth can be compared to one nucleus or to a sperm of a man. Small block hole can be compared to the vagina, and the great universe is operated by a great black hole which can be combined with another great black hole.
