PURPOSE: An apparatus for spreading a door frame is provided to secure a smooth space by arbitrarily widening the door frame of a fire door installed in a stairs. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for spreading a door frame comprises a side door frame, a stop block(12), a slider(13) and a control panel(14). The side door frame is mounted on the opposite side of the door frame in which a fire door(20) is installed. The side door frame has a guide passage on top and bottom and a projecting groove(10a) in both sides. The stop block is sliding combined in the guide passage and has a guide rail(12a). The slider has a sliding incline(13a). A pair of stopper(14a,14b) is formed on the control panel and moves in or out through the projecting groove. |
