CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a seasoning sauce comprises the following steps of: boiling Angelicae gigas, Glycyrrhiza uralensis, Cotex Acntopanax, ginger, solomon&quot, Lycii Fructus, and jujube in water, and taking out the solid portions to obtain a base soup; mixing 90g~110g plum extract, 45g~55g garlic, 90g~110g onion, 135g~165g pear, 90g~110g sugar, 450g~550g cayenne pepper paste, 450g~550g Cheongyang cayenne pepper, 900g~1100g millet jelly, 4g~5g green tea leaves, 13g~17g ground black pepper, 1350g~1650g red pepper paste, and 45g~55g sea tangle in the base soup; and aging the prepared seasoning sauce at room temperature for 6-7 days.
