摘要 PURPOSE: A viscosity sensor using a bolt-clamped langevin type piezo-electric resonator and a viscosity measuring method using the viscosity sensor are provided to control the resonant frequency of the sensor according to the bolt screwing degree. CONSTITUTION: A viscosity sensor(10) using a bolt-clamped langevin type piezoelectric vibrator is composed of first and second piezo-electric resonators(13,14), a first insulator(15), first and second elastic bodies(11,12), a bolt(22) and a nut(23). The first piezo-electric resonator includes a hollow portion. The first piezo-electric resonator converts the driving signal to the vibration signal by driving power. The second piezo-electric resonator has a through hole corresponded to the hollow portion. The second piezo-electric resonator receives the vibration information and converts the vibration information to the electric signal. The vibration signal is generated to be changed according to the viscosity of the fluid. The first insulation is inserted between first and second piezo-electric resonators. The elastic body is set on the first piezo-electric resonator. The second elastic body is set on the lower part of the second piezo-electric resonator. The bolt passes through the first insulation, the first and second elastic bodies through the through hole. The nut is combined with the bolt.
