PURPOSE: A fluid pipe and a joint pipe are provided to adsorb the noise and impact generated in transfer of fluid through a noise reduction layer formed on the outer or inner periphery of a hard PVC(Polyvinyl Chloride) pipe. CONSTITUTION: A fluid pipe(10) comprises a hard PVC pipe(11), and a noise reduction layer(12) which is formed on the outer or inner periphery of the hard PVC pipe. The noise reduction layer contains a ceramic powder of 20~150 wt.%, paraffin oil of 10~40 wt.%, a heat stabilizer of 0.1~2.0 wt.%, and an ultra violet stabilizer of 0.2~3.0 wt.% to a thermoplastic elastomer resin of 100 wt.%.
