PURPOSE: An adhesive tape is provided to radiate heat generated from a heat generation element by forming a metal layer containing excellent thermoconductivity between a thermal absorption layer containing excellent heat absorptiveness, heat radiation, and insulating property and a heat radiating adhesion layer with excellent insulating property and heat dissipation. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive tape(1) comprises a metal layer(10) with thermoconductivity which transfers the heat generated from a heat generation element(C); a heat-absorbing layer(20) containing a ceramic material which is absorbs the heat transferred from the metal layer and has heat radiation and insulating property; and a heat-radiating adhesive layer(30) which is spray-coated on the other surface of the metal layer, and transfers the heat generated from the heat generation element to the metal layer.
