A floating valve is provided to prevent the sealing force of a valve plate from being degraded and prevent a supporting rod from being transformed by moving the supporting rod in a vertical direction. A floating valve comprises: a valve body(100) in which a shielding plate is formed in the inner side; an opening and shutting unit in which a valve plate and an elastic support piece are integrally formed; and a ball unit(300) with a fixing shaft(330). The valve pipe adheres closely to the shielding plate. The opening and shutting unit adhere closely to the valve plate and the fixing shaft. The ball unit is supported by a slot and the opening and shutting unit and is not rotated.
