A digital office time supply clock switching apparatus and method, and a synchronous network device using the same are provided to improve the performance of a processor by simultaneously performing a switching operation function in a single process. A synchronization signal and a state of a synchronization clock are collected to monitor whether a provided operation line has a signal failure or a synchronization clock error(S10). When the provided operation line has a signal failure or a synchronization clock error, a protection switching operation or a clock protection switching operation are simultaneously performed to a normal signal of a preliminary line to restore a service(S20,S30). A recovered digital office time supply clock is provided, and the signal protection switching result and the digital office time supply clock switching result are provided to an operation system through a central control unit(S40).
