An apparatus of coupling a modem with an IP sharer is provided to prevent heat generated from the modem and the IP sharer from being transferred to each other by having a heat shielding plate between the modem and the IP sharer. In an apparatus of coupling a modem(20) with an IP sharer(10), a female coupling unit(200) is integrally formed on an upper surface of the modem(20). A male coupling unit(100) is integrally formed on a lower surface of the IP sharer(10). The male coupling unit(100) has an upper base(110) formed on the lower surface of the IP sharer(10) as one body, a boss(120) extended from a lower surface of the upper base(110) downward, a locking plate(130) extended from an end of the boss(120) in bidirectional directions symmetrically, and a fixing pin(140) hung on one side of the upper base(110) by a thread. The locking plate(130) has a pin insertion groove(132) at one side thereof and a locking projection(134) at an upper surface thereof. The female coupling unit(200) has a lower base(210) integrally formed on the upper surface of the modem(20), a coupling unit(220) extended from the upper surface of the lower base(210) upward, and a plate spring(230) fixedly assembled on a bottom surface of an assembling space(222). The coupling unit(220) has the assembling space(222), a boss insertion groove(224a) and a locking plate insertion groove(224b) on the upper surface as one body, a plurality of radial locking grooves(225) corresponding to the locking projection(134) on the upper and lower surfaces, and a plurality of pin insertion holes(226) corresponding to the pin insertion groove(132) at an outer peripheral surface. The plate spring(230) applies an elastic force upward for fixing the locking plate(130) to the upper surface of the female coupling unit(200).
