A health mask enabling complete isolation from exterior and identification of breathing in a patient is provided to allow it to be applied to patient, worker in hazardous environment and medical care provider, and to allow complete isolation from the exterior. The health mask enabling complete isolation from the exterior and identification of breathing in a patient comprises: a main body of mask including a compressing member(30) to be attached closely on skin for complete sealing; and a fixation member(10) linked to the side of the main body of mask in order to wrap the back of head. The compressing member(30) includes the first ventilation member(21) and the second ventilation member(41).
