A process of manufacturing a seat rail for a car is provided to sequentially perform a series of processes to fabricate the seat rail to reduce manufacturing cost and to improve productivity. A process of manufacturing a seat rail for a car comprises a preparation step(S1) of winding a steel plate(10) in a roll shape to insert the steel plate into an uncoiler apparatus(M1), a first loading step(S2) of intermittently conveying the steel plate through a level feeder(M2) installed adjacent to the uncoiler of the preparation step, a first press step(S3) of forming stop holes(10a) at the steel plate at predetermined intervals, a second loading step(S4) of intermittently conveying the steel plate, a forming step(S5) of inserting the steel plate into a forming apparatus(M5) to bent the steel plate by using a plurality of forming rollers in a multi-step manner, and a cutting step(S6) of cutting the steel plate by predetermined lengths.
