PURPOSE: A sinker coated with glaze is provided, which achieves excellent mechanical strength and sealing of the glaze coating layer and is environment-friendly. CONSTITUTION: A sinker coated with glaze comprises a pre-processing step(100) that makes the surface rough by sanding the outside of the sinker main body; a glaze colloidal suspension manufacturing step(200) to separately and uniformly mix the enamel composition with the water; a glaze coating step(300) to apply the glaze colloidal suspension to the outside of the sinker main body; and a sintering step(400) to harden the sinker coated with glaze by plasticizing. The glaze colloidal suspension is prepared by uniformly mixing enamel composition 30~40 weight% and water 60~70 weight%.
