PURPOSE: A reinforcement insulation nozzle for a gas circuit breaker is provided to reduce a manufacturing cost using PTFE(Poly Fluoro Ethylene) material with high arc resistance only around a neck. CONSTITUTION: An insulation nozzle(1) for a gas circuit breaker includes a nozzle body(10) and a reinforcement ring(20). The nozzle body has an arc extinguishing chamber(12) and a neck(11). The nozzle body is made of PTFE with high arc resistance. The reinforcement ring is installed in the neck of the nozzle body. The diameter of the reinforcement ring is equal to the diameter of the neck of the nozzle body. The reinforcement ring has a semi circular or semi-elliptic section and is made of PTFE with high arc resistance. The nozzle body and the reinforcement ring are formed by an isotropic compression molding process.
