<p>Provided is a mobile communication system which can transmit and receive information on the number of packets which have been counted by a base station of the mobile source to/from a base station of the mobile destination even if a terminal performs a handover. UE moves to Target eNode B but Source eNode B decides to perform a handover and places information on the number of packets counted by the Source eNode B in a Handover Request message to the Target eNode B so as to be reported to the Target eNode B. After receiving a Handover Confirm message from the UE, the Target eNode B places the information on the number of packets received from the Source eNode B in a Handover Complete message so as to be reported to a CN Node.</p> |
