PURPOSE: A wind power charge device for a hybrid car is provided to minimize exhaust of carbon dioxide and harmful material of an engine by reducing fuel consumption. CONSTITUTION: A fan is mounted in a frame(20) of a streamlined shape in an outer part of a roof of a vehicle. A torque of the fan(22) is generated by air resistance. A wing(23) of a pinwheel shape is horizontally arranged. A frame having the same shape as the roof of the vehicle is positioned in an outer wall of the roof of the vehicle. Two fans are horizontally mounted in an inner part.
