PURPOSE: A data recording apparatus using electron beam and a data recording method using the same for improving information recording density are provided to extend the lifetime of CNT material by controlling power according to the temperature variation. CONSTITUTION: A data recording apparatus using electron beam and a data recording method using the same for improving information recording density include an electron radiation apparatus(10), a vacuum chamber(30), a transport unit and a docking device. The electron beam radiation apparatus irradiates the electron beam in the field emission effect. The transport unit is transferred in the x-axis direction by rotating the driving of a drive motor(42).
