PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress increase of a resource required for control of a cross call by multithreading of processing or multicoring of a computer system. SOLUTION: An XCSC (a Cross Call Send Controller) 40 controls transmission of the cross call issued to another CPU by a CPU core part 20. The XCSC 40 is provided with a register 41 directly associating a processing situation of the processing related to the cross call with an issuing history of the cross call, and holding them in each entry of the cross call.
