FIELD: biotechnology, microbiology. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparing microbiological nutrient media, in particular, to a method for preparing a growth-stimulating agent for different microorganisms. Method involves mixing baking yeast with distilled water in the ratio 1:4, boiling for 15 min and settling for 9 h followed by decanting supernatant and concentrating extract up to the content of dry matter 7-8%. Disodium phosphate and calcium chloride solution are added to a prepared extract and pH value is brought about to value 7.9 with sodium hydroxide solution. Then solution is boiled, filtered and dried. Method doesn't require significant consumption of energy and can be reproduced easily in plants producing nutrient media. Prepared end product shows high qualitative indices. ^ EFFECT: improved preparing method. ^ 1 tbl |
