FIELD: petroleum processing. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of fuel fractions according to two-column scheme and can be used in processing of petroleum, gas condensate, and petroleum-gas condensate mixture. Process comprises separating petroleum-gas condensate mixture on two columns: stripping and atmospheric columns, recovering light gasoline fraction in stripping column and separating stripped petroleum-gas condensate mixture on atmospheric column into fuel fraction and residue, and withdrawing fuel fraction, residue, and excess heat with the aid circulation reflux. According developed formulae, optimal and theoretical numbers of working plates Nopt and Nt are calculated. Assuming Nopt = Nt, optimal reflux number Ropt for gasoline section of atmospheric column is calculated. Upper circulation reflux is supplied to the top of atmospheric column in amount (Gtcr-1) calculated in terms of following equation: wherein Gn denotes amounts of rectificate vapors, kg/h; qi latent evaporation heat for rectificate vapors in gasoline section, kJ/kg; q2 and q1 outlet and inlet enthalpy for top circulation reflux, kJ/kg. Using special proposed equations, enthalpies for upper and lower circulation refluxes are found. Lower circulation reflux is supplied onto plate 20 in calculated amount. From the results of calculations, mass and heat streams of fuel fractions and circulation refluxes are redistributed in the mass and heat balances of plant. ^ EFFECT: optimized process conditions. ^ 5 tbl |
