FIELD: oil and gas production. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to oil and gas production industry, in particular to equipment for pipes cutting in well with the purpose to open payout beds, repair. Device comprises body with cutting tool arranged in the form of crimping wheels placed on axes with a shape-generating surface with a possibility of limited radial motion under action of wedge with central channel and spacer surface joined at the basis with a crimping portion of wheel, hydraulic pusher communicated to the central channel and interacting with the possibility of limited displacement with wedge and body. Wedge with central channel is equipped with threads for connection to well equipment. Diametre of roller holes is more than diametre of axis by value of radial travel of rollers. Spacer surface of wedge includes upper working and lower transport spacer surfaces for interaction with rollers accordingly in working and transport position. In lower part of wedge there is a hydraulic pusher, on the piston of which there is a cylinder installed with the possibility of upward motion. Body, which is spring-loaded relative to upper part of wedge, is placed on wedge with the possibility of limited motion upwards under action of hydraulic pusher cylinder and longitudinal force aimed upwards in process of pipe cutting. ^ EFFECT: simplified design, improved reliability of operation, reduced costs for making and servicing. ^ 4 dwg |
