FIELD: oil and gas production. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to oil and gas production industry, and may be used, for instance in drilling of multilateral wells. Device comprises casing pipe with windows and guide for drill pipe. Guide of drill pipe is made in the form of intermediate pipe, with end cut parallel to generatrix of casing pipe and lower part elastically deformed in the form of arc. On intermediate pipe there are fixators of longitudinal and radial displacement, and windows of casing pipe are arranged with profile cuts for interaction with appropriate fixators. In process of method realisation, the main well is drilled, casing pipe with previously arranged windows is lowered into the main well, where than intermediate pipe is lowered, while its arc plane position is turned by 90 degrees relative to plane of casing pipe windows symmetry axis. At the point of installation intermediate pipe is turned by 90 degrees until pipe is matched to window of casing pipe and fixed. After drill pipe is lowered into intermediate pipe, lateral bores are holed-in. ^ EFFECT: provision of possibility to simplify device design, and also to reduce material and labour inputs for predrilling of multilateral wells. ^ 4 cl, 6 dwg |
