FLOW LINE FOR ASSEMBLY OF POINT SWITCHES OF RAILWAY TRACK

FIELD: construction, road engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of mechanisation of railway transport facilities and may be used in assembly of point switches, mostly with reinforced concrete bars, on production bases of track machine stations. Flow line for assembly of point switches of railway track comprises devices for reception and allocation of bars in compliance with epure and trolley movable along guides with working elements for connection of rails and other metal parts of point switch with bars. Device for reception and allocation of bars according to epure includes a weight conveyor for bars, devices for orientation of bars and gradual displacement of bar on it at epure pitch. Trolley that moves along guides with working elements covers assembly conveyor, and on its guides that cover assembly conveyor there is a trolley mounted for removal of assembled point switches units to transshipping platform. Transshipment platform is equipped with ramp supporting the units. ^ EFFECT: invention makes it possible to assemble point switches by means of flow assembly with high efficiency of line and with maximum possible mechanisation and automation of separate operations. ^ 8 cl, 14 dwg
