STOCKING METHOD OF FLATS' ROLLS (VERSIONS) AND UNDERPAN FOR ITS IMPLEMENTATION (VERSIONS)

FIELD: packaging industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: method can be used at storing of rolls (2) of flats of mess from 50 t at industrial plant's storehouse. Rolls (2) are placed double-decked. The first tier of rolls (2) is installed on underpans (1). Bearing surfaces of underpans are located angularly 20-45 to horizontal plane. According to the first version of method underpans (1) are located on floor of storehouse or on foundation (9) parallel to each other at pitch L, value of which is defined from corresponding correlations. According to the second version of method supports of underpan are located parallel to each other at pitch L, value of which is defined from corresponding correlations. In both versions of method by edges of bottom tier there are laid rolls, diametre of which is more or equal to diametre of neighbouring roll. Ratio of stacking height of rolls to width of roll is less or equal to 3. Displacement of roll of top tier relative to adjoining rolls of bottom tier lengthwise its longitudinal axis do not exceed 0.1 of roll width. Underpan (1) includes basis and longitudinal supports, containing reference elements in the form of plate, longitudinal bearing elements and transversal ribs.
