The system has a secure digital memory card reader (10) for viewing or recording multimedia files. An identification code includes 12 alphanumeric characters, where four characters of the identification code identifies an association, which utilizes device, and other four characters of the identification code identifies a security code defined by association for protecting confidential information. A three mega pixel camera (11) records the photo and sends the photo to the association.
