FIELD: metallurgy industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: device refers to metallurgy industry and can be used for pouring liquid metal. Device includes stationary pouring nozzle, turning bowl with a nozzle, rotary lined spout for pouring liquid metal. Spout is made of three cone-shaped sections connected with bolts and winged nut and installed together with a drive on a trolley with racks and hinged turning wheels, which are adjusted as to height, which allow the spout for pouring liquid metal to be turned at an angle of 120 and to change its height. Turning bowl with a nozzle has a metal housing with lining. Shaft supported with the support ball located in lower part of the tube with bottom is welded to metal housing from below. Tube is welded to the channel in a vertical plane thus providing the possibility of turning the bowl through 120 about its axis. ^ EFFECT: enlarging coverage area of spout and increasing its resistance. ^ 6 cl, 10 dwg |
