FIELD: waste management. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to waste management particularly to a complex of industrial and consuming solid waste recycling. It includes a control system, a receiving and loading device and a sorting conveyor connected to it which also has working seats installed for sorting operators. The sorting conveyor is manufactured as two conveyor belts placed in parallel between which collecting bins are installed and on the outside there are working seats of the sorting operators installed. The conveyor has a capability of moving solid waste while sorting towards the collecting bin from the sorting operator. The control system enables to unload the collecting bins filled with homotypic faction of sorted solid domestic waste onto the discharging conveyor. The latter is located under the collecting bins along the central axis of their location or shifted with a capability of unloading the collecting bins in their latteral part, on the gravity conveyor or along the guides. The discharge hole of the collecting bin is located on the opposite side of the sorting conveyor or from outside of the sorting conveyor where the sorting operators work. ^ EFFECT: simplified and cheap recycling of waste, improved performance characteristics of the complex, simple structure and reduced working area. ^ 2 dwg |
