The system (1) has a housing including longitudinal profiles connected to coupling organs. A ventilation passage extends between inner and outer surfaces of the housing. The coupling organs extend from top to bottom of the housing. A screw (12) connects the housing to a frame (8), and a holder is connected the coupling organs. The screw is inserted in the holder, which is provided with a coupling body, where the holder extends from the top to the bottom of the housing. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a frame construction comprising a horizontal frame part (2) a facade construction comprising vertical frame parts.
