METHOD FOR TREATING DISKOGENIC RADICULOPATHY

FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to neurology, and can be used in treatment of the patients with diskogenic radiculopathy of lumbosacral spine. That is ensured by intravenous drop infusion of the mixed medicinal preparations containing 2.4% aminophylline 5-10 ml, dexamethasone 8-16 mg per 100 ml of 0.9% sodium chloride brine at rate 30-35 drops per minute during 4-5 days. Upon termination of the infusion, lasix 20-40 mg is added to the mixture. Then 30 minutes after introduction of the mixture, manual therapy follows as postisometric relaxation of posterior muscles of thigh. Starting from the 2-3 day of introduction of the mixture, postisometric relaxation is combined with mobilisation and manipulations within lumbosacral spine. ^ EFFECT: method allows improving clinical effectiveness in such patients owing to integrated effect on various links of pathogenesis. ^ 2 tbl, 2 ex
