FIELD: measurement technology. ^ SUBSTANCE: this invention refers to the technology of determination of corrosion resistance of internal surface of metal container. Method provides the preparation of couple of the specimens, jars with bottoms. Later, the specimens are made fatless, dry, weighed, fixed on the opposite ends of hollow dielectric corrosive box. The specimens are fixed in the way that the hollows of the jars are communicated with the hollow of the corrosive box. Further, the specimens are connected through the bottoms to the polarisation current measurement block the value whereof is used to qualify the achievement of the permanent corrosion velocity at the constant potential difference of 10 mV. Further, the intervals of running time are measured at the permanent corrosion velocity and the specimens are disconnected. The specimens are sequentially washed with distilled water and ethyl alcohol, dried and weighed. Calculation of specific mass loss of the specimens from the square of the contact with simulation medium or with the product researched for time unit the value whereof is used to evaluate the corrosion resistance of the internal surface of the metal container. ^ EFFECT: improvement of accuracy of the determination of the corrosion resistance of the internal surface of the metal container. |
