FIELD: physics. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mounting - holder for depositing antireflection coating on small rectangular glasses, used in housing covers of semiconductor radiators. The holder for coating glass has a base with mounting cells and fastening elements. The mounting cell is made multi-positional in form of a groove with possibility of placing support glass. Width of the support glass is equal to width of the groove and length of the working glass. Height of the groove is equal to the sum of the thickness of the support glass and thickness of the working glass. Fastening elements consist of detachable components - two plates fastened along the groove at the base, and two stoppers, fastened at the bottom of the groove. The height of the stoppers is equal to height of the groove. ^ EFFECT: wider technical capabilities, obtaining quality optical coating on both sides of small rectangular glasses with given coating area. ^ 2 cl, 2 dwg, 1 ex |
