FIELD: engines and pumps. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to engine production, particularly to ICE fuel systems. Fuel injection system comprises high-pressure fuel pump furnished with electrically driven bypass valve comprising at least one electromagnet, fixed and moving elements, jet and high-pressure fuel pipeline that communicates fuel pump with aforesaid jet. Fixed element of electric bypass valve features cylindrical outer surface, that mates cylindrical orifice in fuel pump housing with clearance of 0.02Ç0.04 mm, and is locked in pump housing orifice by two rings arranged in chambers formed by inner cylindrical surface of fuel pump housing orifice and ledges formed by conical and cylindrical surfaces made on end parts of bypass valve fixed element. Aforesaid rings seal high-pressure joint formed by pump housing orifice inner surface and bypass valve fixed element outer surface. Force required to lock bypass valve fixed element in pump housing and aforesaid seal is generated by tightening two circular nuts designed to lock aforesaid fixed element and seal by truncated-cone surface. Crosswise section of the rings represents isosceles triangle with truncated apices and base adjoining aforesaid conical surface of circular nuts, and features ratio between side walls and angle between lateral side and base equal to 1:1.5. ^ EFFECT: simplified mounting assembly and repair. ^ 2 dwg |
