PURPOSE: An apparatus for aging and seasoning meat is provided to remove moisture from muscles in vacuum, and to supply a seasoning liquid to permeate into muscles uniformly, thereby shortening a cooking time. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for aging and seasoning meat comprises a first processing tank(100), vacuum pump(290), and supply tank(300). The first processing tank includes a first inlet and stores meat. The vacuum pump is connected to the first processing tank by a first on-off valve, and expels the inner air of the first processing tank for high vacuum. The supply tank stores a seasoning liquid, and is combined with the first processing tank by a second on-off valve, and supplies the seasoning liquid to the first processing tank.
