PURPOSE: A paper pipe for reeling a film is provided to improve elastic force using an elastic member and lead the initial end of the film or a double sided tape inside an outer sheet. CONSTITUTION: A paper pipe for reeling a film comprises a cylindrical inner sheet(10) and an elastic layer(20). The elastic layer adheres to the outer circumference of the cylindrical inner sheet in the circumferential direction. A plurality of elastic members(22) having uniform thickness adhere to each other, so the elastic layer is formed. An outer sheet(30) having uniform surfaces adheres to the outside of the elastic member in the circumferential direction.
