The device has a lock (1) comprising a half-turn support (2) and a sash (3). A movable strike plate (4) is associated to a support (5) of a mechanical element (6) carrying a special firefighter barrel to slide the plate from a locking position to unlocking position. A cabochon maintains the plate at architrave of door or gate, freely slides and prohibits access to the barrel from inside. An electric or radio contactor (9) emits a visual or phonic signal informing the opening of door. A protection of a triangle of the barrel permits admission of a special firefighter key from outer side.
