Cosmetic composition comprises at least oligomer of hydroxylated fatty acid triglyceride and saturated acid, and at least a non-volatile methylphenylpolysiloxane silicone oil comprising silane compounds(A) of formulae (Si(R 3)-O-Si(R 2)-O-Si(R 2)-O-Si(R 3)) (I), (Si(R 3)-O-Si(R 2)-O-Si(R 3)) (II), (X-Si(Me) 2-(O-Si(Me) 2) y-O-Si(Me) 2-X) (III), (Si(Me) 3-(O-Si(Me) 2) y-(O-Si(OR 1a)(Ph)) z-O-Si(CH 3) 3) (IV), which is a non-volatile oil, and [R(CH 3) 2-SiO 1/2] x[SiO 4/2] y(V), which is a non-volatile oil.
