The device has a set of controlled motorized ventilations for realizing suction of cigarette, cigar or pipe smoke (2) and a set of pipes transporting the suction towards a cigarette consumption place. A cup has two enclosures, where one of the enclosures fixes the cigarette connected to low rate suction path by a two-way hose. The other enclosure is connected a high rate suction path through the hose, where the latter enclosure is destined to suck the smoke exhaled by a smoker. The high rate suction path is equipped with a manually maneuverable valve (3).
