PURPOSE: An H-type water-proof plate for a concrete structure is provided to obtain the integrity and the stability of a structure by increasing waterproof effects. CONSTITUTION: An H-type water-proof plate for a concrete structure comprises a waterproof plate body(1), a center border(2), a projection(3), and a metal plate(5). The waterproof plate body is formed in an H-shape using rubber materials. The center border is formed on the central part of the waterproof plate body. The projection is formed on the right and left edges of the waterproof plate body. The metal plate is integrally formed on the two parts of the waterproof plate body. The metal plate has lots of the perforated parts(5a). The metal plate is made of a galvanized sheet and a stainless plate.
