FIELD: communication facilities. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication engineering. There are proposed method and system for useful data transmission between telecommunicational devices under the assumption of prepayment of access data. Central module generates the first digital key and control data for the first telecommunicational device and the second digital key for the control means of telecommunications network. The first telecommunicational device defines validity criterion of access data, codes useful data by the first digital key and transmits them into control unit of network, which by means of the second digital key checks received useful data, decodes and transmits them to the second telecommunicational device. ^ EFFECT: reliability improvement of calculations for providing of useful data, and also acceleration of treatment of digital data of access rights. ^ 9 cl, 2 dwg |
