PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve continuity of services in a telephone system.

SOLUTION: A telephone system 100 has a telephone terminal of a fixed group 110 originating an outside call to a public network 200 of a company A, a telephone terminal of a radio group 120 originating an outside call to a public network 300 of a company B, and a common SIP server 136 of a core group 130 integrally managing call data from the fixed group 110 and the radio group 120. The common SIP server 136 integrally receives the call data transmitted from the telephone terminals of the fixed group 110 and the radio group 120, and transmits the call data to the public network 200 of the company A or the public network 300 of the company B according to the call data.
