<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit capable of performing built-in oscillations with high accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: The semiconductor integrated circuit includes: a storage circuit 20; a logic circuit 2 for generating control information for making the frequency of an internal clock signal VCLK coincide with the frequency of an external clock signal RCLK that is externally generated and storing the control information in the storage circuit; an oscillation circuit for generating the internal clock signal on the basis of the control information stored in the storage circuit; and a nonvolatile storage device 6 for storing the control information, wherein the internal clock signal is used for synchronization operation of an internal circuit, and the control information stored in the nonvolatile storage device is loaded to the storage circuit after the semiconductor integrated circuit is reset. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
