<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a fault of RF-ID media even while managing articles depending on whether information is read from the RF-ID media. <P>SOLUTION: A system includes: antennas 4-1 to 4-4 for reading information from the RF-ID media attached to an article stored in a cabinet 1; a managing personal computer 10 for managing whether the article with the RF-ID media attached thereto is stored in the cabinet 1, based on whether the antennas 4-1 to 4-4 have read the information from the RF-ID media; and an electric lock controller 20 for detecting an opening and closing state of a door 2. The managing personal computer 10 outputs the fact that a reading error occurs at the RF-ID media, when the information is no longer read from the RF-ID media using the antennas 4-1 to 4-4, while detecting that the door 2 is closed with the electric lock controller 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
