<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a rotary type component mounting apparatus capable of eliminating suction restriction in which specific nozzles are in a suction unable state, and shortening the line length of facilities compared to a lateral row type component transfer head in a prior art. <P>SOLUTION: The rotary type component mounting apparatus 100 includes: an XY robot 39; component transfer heads 37 mounted on the XY robot 39; a component feeding section 35 in which component feeding positions 33 are disposed at predetermined intervals in an X-axis direction; a plurality of head units 61, 63 provided on the component transfer heads 37 and freely rotatable centering around a rotating center of a Z-axis direction; and a plurality of sub-heads each having a suction nozzle arranged in a circumferential direction on the head units 61, 63 and having a suction direction of Z-direction. The suction nozzles are disposed at a distance to be integer multiple for the adjacent interval of the component feeding positions 33, and a nozzle ascending/descending means enabling the plurality of suction nozzles to simultaneously move down is provided on the head unit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
