FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be used for predicting during pregnancy state of newborns from women suffering from chronic obstructive bronchitis. For this purpose by means of zonal lung rheography in affected women suffering from chronic obstructive bronchitis, in period of remission determined are respiratory rate ("ö", per min) in supine position, degree of medium zone of right lung participation (in %) in systolic blood filling of lungs ("Ü"p 2%), as well as value of diastolic blood filling in medium zone of left lung ("öÜ"5, in Ohm). After that by discriminant equation: D=-0.554"ö"-0.383"Ü"p2%+32.757"öÜ"5, where D - discriminant function, whose boundary value is 16.0, prognosis for newborn is determined. If D ëÑ 16.0 birth of baby in satisfactory state is predicted, if D < 16.0 birth of child in state of asphyxia is predicted. ^ EFFECT: method allows to ensure possibility to predict during pregnancy state of newborns from women with chronic obstructive bronchitis in their first minutes of life. ^ 2 ex |
