PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for reproducing a frame seamlessly before and after a change of image attribute even when the image attribute of the frame in the middle of reproduction changes by changing images of respective frames as time goes by. SOLUTION: A video conversion part 103 extracts a partial image in a designated region from a frame to be processed and processing based on a video conversion script 111 is performed to the extracted partial image when an image attribute of the frame to be processed has changed from an image attribute of a frame immediately before. On the other hand, when it has changed, the video conversion part 103 specifies region information corresponding to the image attribute of the frame to be processed on the basis of a corresponding script 112, sets a region indicated by the specified region information as a designated region, and extracts a partial image inside the set designated region.
