PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel pump controller arrangeable near a fuel pump and reduced in installation space in a vehicle cabin without altering a floor constituting member. SOLUTION: This fuel pump controller 20 drives and controls the fuel pump 14 supplying a fuel to an engine 11 mounted in a vehicle 10, and is provided with: an electronic circuit 22 controlling power supplied to the fuel pump 14; and a blocking member 17 blocking a maintenance hole 16 formed in the floor panel 12 of the vehicle 10 while having the electronic circuit 22 attached thereto.
